Seeking information about caring over the phone?
Accessing support services and information can be a daunting task, especially for those who don’t use the internet.
This pre-recorded information phone service is free to call on 0800 888 6999. You can listen to information about:
- help with finances and household costs
- caring for people with specific health conditions
- looking after yourself
- ways to get more help and support.
We also have a downloadable information flyer for you to print off which includes a tear off slip at the bottom to be passed on to family, friends, and neighbours in need of support.
