“Absolutely brilliant, first time and was really energising for me”

You'll be guided through gentle stretches to relieve your physical stress with breathing techniques to promote calmness and yoga poses to improve posture. There will also be periods of meditation for relaxation. Sangeeta is an experienced yoga teacher who has trained for many years in India and taught worldwide.
This session can be done seated and adapted movements will be provided. No previous experience necessary.
“Recovering from illness so this was just what I needed.”

Join us for this special hybrid in person/online Gentle Exercises session delivered in partnership with Wakefield Council, live from the Wakefield Exchange. This relaxed, low-impact session is all about moving in a way that feels good for you. We’ll gently guide you through stretches, mobility exercises, and simple movements to build cardio, ease tension, and improve flexibility. Adaptations for doing it seated will be provided – no experience needed.

Join us from the comfort of your own home and feel the benefits of this gentle exercise. Chi Me is a series of simple movements, linked together to create a gentle, flowing, and easy-to-follow Tai Chi style class. It embraces the Tai Chi principles of good posture, strength, balance, and slow, controlled movement.
It has a wonderful calming effect and creates a sense of mental and emotional wellbeing.

Join Lewis and Kirstie from The Carers Coach UK for a practical, carer focused workout designed to build strength, improve balance, and boost overall confidence in your body. This encouraging and supportive session will help you move better, feel stronger, and reduce your risk of injury.
